This Precious Moments figurine was issued in 1982 and suspended in 1985. Production mark could not be located on these pieces, therefore they may be NO-MARK pieces, however this is not guaranteed, inspector may have overlooked the production mark. This is a set of candle holders. One of the pieces does have a very small (practically unnoticable) chip on the candle ring.
